CUSTOM WORK With tailored arrangements, I ensure that your event is captured beautifully and that images are available exactly how and when you want them. This can be done on the day itself (for example, on social media) or the day(s) following. Additionally, costs can be lower if you opt for multiple hours, and this becomes even better if you capture multiple events throughout the year. Please contact me without obligation to discuss the possibilities. HASSLE-FREE On the day itself, it is important that you enjoy interacting with your target audiences. I take care of the photography aspect for you, so you no longer have to worry about it. But do you have an extra request during the day itself? No problem; I am always at your service and can brainstorm with you if desired. QUALITY GUARANTEED In over 20 years, I have built up extensive experience with events. Furthermore, I work with high-end (medium-format) equipment. That may not mean much to you, but a few examples are: photos can be enlarged (e.g., group photos), are razor-sharp, have the right colors, and produce excellent results even in low light. The main subjects (speakers, for example) are perfectly captured, and the photos provide a good impression of the atmosphere of the day. This is done in a relaxed, pleasant manner and as unobtrusively as possible. Additionally, all images are digitally edited for a small fee. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE Over the past twenty years, I have worked on more than 500 events. Clients have included, and continue to include, conference organizers, trade associations, and the Ministry of Defence. Events have been/are very diverse: conferences, medal ceremonies, book presentations, seminars, city talks, magazine presentations, product presentations, campaign kick-offs, and more. MORE HOURS, LOWER COSTS The more hours, the more attractive the hourly rate. No travel expenses starting from three hours. Booking multiple events simultaneously results in an additional discount. After all, I prefer to work based on long-term relationships. A single hour costs 150 euros excluding VAT. Two hours: 250 euros, three hours 340, 4 hours 420 euros, 5 hours 495, 6 hours 565 euros, 7 hours 640 euros, 8 hours or more 750 euros. HOW DOES IT WORK? Availability is on request.
